• Strong record facilitating across application owners, infrastructure, data/analytics, security, procurement, finance, and engaging senior managers/directors as required.
• Hands‑on documentation/presentation excellence.
• Ability to influence without authority in complex stakeholder environments.
Nice to have:
- Utilities or regulated industry experience
- Enterprise Architecture literacy (understanding of application, data, and integration viewpoints)
- Ability to quickly conceptualize and understand new technologies and architectures
- Very diversified experience across multiple platforms and applications
- Hands-on experience with MS365 productivity suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc)
- Change management experience
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Preferred:
- Master’s degree or MBA
- Project Management: PMP or PRINCE2
- Business Analysis: CBAP or PMI-PBA
- Process Improvement: Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt)
