Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs. Empty trash cans and other waste containers. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform minor repairs on appliances. Work with minimal supervision. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Area of work experience: Cleaning. Equipment: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers. Carpet cleaning machine. Waxing machine. Power tools. Power lawn mowers. Snowblower. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Weight handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
