Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Confined spaces. Wet/damp. Noisy. Dusty. Hot. Dirty. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Cleaning service company. Commercial facility. Residential. Tasks: Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards. Assist cleaners in performing duties. Co-ordinate work activities with other departments. Establish work schedules. Supervision: 5-10 people. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Repetitive tasks.
