Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Talkdesk Studio Flow Developer to create a complete inbound call routing workflow that routes calls differently depending on whether they originate from the United States or Canada, and uses HubSpot connectors to apply conditional logic before sending the caller to one of three predefined groups. The final delivered output must be a JSON file that I can import directly into my Talkdesk instance. This project requires hands-on experience with Talkdesk Studio, HubSpot integrations, and conditional routing logic. ⸻ Scope of Work 1. Build the Studio Flow (in your Talkdesk environment ) • Create the full inbound flow inside your own Talkdesk sandbox or instance (This is mandatory; I cannot provide my environment for development.) • Separate caller routing based on originating country: • Canada → Canada Ring Group • United States → US Ring Group 2. Integrate HubSpot Connectors • Use Talkdesk + HubSpot integration nodes to fetch contact or company details • Apply conditional logic using HubSpot fields to route callers to: • Group A • Group B • Group C • Configurable logic should include criteria such as: • Lifecycle stage • Owner or region • Lead/contact attributes • Any field required for decision-making 3. Deliver Importable JSON • Export the completed Studio Flow as a JSON file • Ensure the JSON file imports cleanly into my Talkdesk environment • Provide basic documentation or a walkthrough for how variables, connectors, and routing logic are structured ⸻ Requirements • Must have your own Talkdesk instance or sandbox to build and test the Studio Flow (This is not optional.) • Proven experience building Talkdesk Studio workflows • Deep understanding of: • HubSpot connectors • API-based conditional routing • Caller ID region detection for US/Canada • Ability to build fully-tested Studio flows and export them correctly • Strong communication and ability to document logic • Experience generating JSON exports for Talkdesk Studio
