I need a developer to build a simple web app where a user can:     •    Upload a photo of their garage/room     •    Outline the floor area (polygon mask)     •    Apply epoxy flooring finishes (flake, metallic, solid colors)     •    Adjust scale/rotation/brightness     •    Download or share the result This will be an MVP (minimum viable product) for contractors to demo with their clients. Later I may add login, lead capture, and payment features — but for now, I just need the core visualizer working smoothly. Requirements     •    Strong skills in React/Next.js (or similar modern stack)     •    Experience with Canvas/WebGL image editing/overlay     •    Clean, simple UI (TailwindCSS or similar)     •    Deployable to Vercel/Netlify
