Job Description: I’m looking for an experienced web developer (or development team) to build a fully operating, modern real estate website for Presale.ca. Business Model: We will be a centralized platform for new construction developments (condos, townhomes, etc.). We will connect directly with developers and list their projects on the site. Visitors will be able to browse developments with all relevant information (location, floorplans, pricing, amenities, etc.). If a customer visits a developer’s presentation centre and mentions they were referred by us, they will receive a credit toward their purchase. This model is similar to Lighthouse.app (now transitioned into umovefree.com). Except their website is for rentals. Our is for new developments. Core Requirements: Modern Design – Sleek, clean, and user-friendly interface that feels like a top-tier real estate/tech platform. Listings System – Ability to showcase developments with details, images, floorplans, pricing, maps, etc. Search & Filters – By city, developer, price range, completion date, and more. CMS/Admin Panel – Easy for us to add/edit developments and update information. Responsive Design – Optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile. Lead Capture & CRM Integration – Collect customer inquiries Scalability – Must be designed to scale as we expand across Canada (and eventually North America). Nice-to-Have Features: User accounts to save favourite projects. AI-powered search or recommendation engine. Developer profile pages showcasing all their projects. Integration with MLS data. Ideal Candidate: Strong portfolio in real estate, marketplace, or directory-style websites. Experience with scalability and data-heavy sites. Fluent in English, clear communicator, proactive problem solver. Budget & Timeline: Budget: TBD based on scope (please provide quotes). Timeline: Initial launch within 6–8 weeks.
