Title: Brand Partnerships Manager for Fast-Growing Content Creator (Base + Commission) I run a fast-growing content creation business with 4M+ followers/subscribers across four platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and publish three daily vertical videos focused on news, global events, and fascinating historical stories. I’m looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager who can: Proactively reach out to brands that align with my content and audience. Negotiate sponsorship deals and secure fair rates. Act as the bridge between me and the brand, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration. Help build long-term relationships with sponsors and recurring partners. What You’ll Get: Base Pay: $500 USD every 2 weeks (consistent pay for your outreach work). Commission: 15% commission on every sponsorship deal you bring in. Example: If you close $20,000 worth of brand deals in 1 month, you earn $3,000 commission — on top of your base pay. Who I’m Looking For: Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnership outreach. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate what brands want in simple terms. Comfortable working independently and consistently hunting for opportunities. Organized and professional — you’ll be representing my brand.
