We are a growing SaaS company and are seeking an expert freelance designer to establish a comprehensive brand identity system. Our goal is to move from scattered design assets to a cohesive, documented system in Figma that aligns our marketing materials with our product's future direction. This project is a foundational investment to ensure brand consistency and long-term efficiency across all our marketing and product initiatives. Deliverables: The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key deliverables, which will be managed on our Asana project board: Discovery & Audit: Conduct a brand asset audit and create a moodboard deck for stakeholder alignment. Core Brand Guide: Design and deliver a master brand guide in Figma that includes finalized colors, typography, and logo usage guidelines. Extended Elements: Create an extended brand guide that includes a photography style, app/product imagery usage, and a shape/graphic element library. Marketing Templates: Design and deliver a select number of reusable marketing templates, including social media posts, a brochure/flyer, and a presentation deck. We may also require a tradeshow template. Final Assets & Training: Deliver a final Master Brand Guidelines PDF and provide a brief training session on how to use the Figma file. Skills & Expertise: Proven experience in building brand identity systems and design systems in Figma. Strong portfolio showing work with B2B or SaaS companies. Expertise in Figma (Components, Variants, Auto Layout, Styles). Experience in both digital and print design is a plus. Excellent communication and project management skills.
