About

We’re looking for a talented 3D visualization artist to create a bird’s-eye rendering for a modern industrial project. The rendering should convey a clean, realistic atmosphere with strong composition and refined attention to detail. You should have previous experience producing aerial or bird’s-eye renders and the ability to interpret technical design information creatively. Responsibilities: • Create one high-quality bird’s-eye rendering based on provided models and references. • Refine and enhance the final image in Photoshop for accurate lighting, tone, and visual balance. • Incorporate feedback and handle minor design revisions if required. • Communicate clearly and consistently throughout the project. • Deliver a polished final image suitable for presentation and marketing use. Requirements: • Proven experience with aerial or bird’s-eye renderings. • Strong Photoshop skills for post-production, compositing, and color grading. • Proficiency in 3ds Max + Corona (or equivalent high-end rendering tools). • Strong eye for lighting, realism, and composition. • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow direction carefully. • Ability to meet the October 31 deadline without compromising quality. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale site renderings. • Ability to interpret site plans, topography, and context. • Understanding of landscape detailing and environmental integration. Project Scope & Timeline: • Single rendering (bird’s-eye view). • Minor design refinements may be requested during review. • Final delivery required by October 31, 2025.
