- Initiate and create client records: Accurately set up and maintain comprehensive records for all clients. Assemble client-provided information: Organize and manage the information provided by clients, ensuring it is readily accessible for internal use. Reach out to practice staff as required: Collaborate with practice staff to gather necessary information or resolve any issues related to client records. Help with invoicing and WIP clearance: Support the invoicing process and ensure that all WIP is cleared in a timely manner. ● An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work ● A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives ● Committed to providing high quality work and maintaining timelines ● A strong grasp of technology, including MS office and Microsoft Suite of products ● Certifications related to office administration, accounting software (such as QuickBooks or SAP), project management (PMP or CAPM), or data analysis tools (like Microsoft Excel certifications) preferred ● Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate and manage expectations with clients ● Ability to work effectively under pressure without compromising professional standards or quality of work ● Flexible in terms of work schedule as services all Canadian time zones and overtime is required ● Bachelor's Degree (Preferred): A degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
