Responsibilities
• Process high-volume, highly detailed customer Account Transfers (in and out of the firm) with exceptional accuracy.
• Manage incoming transfer requests received via mail (hard copy), email, and phone, ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Proactively monitor and follow up on delayed or pending transfers by calling other Financial Institutions (FIs) to identify and correct documentation errors or omissions.
• Correspond professionally with administrators at other FIs via phone and business email, utilizing your bilingual English and French communication skills.
• Work collaboratively as a team player, proactively assisting colleagues during slower periods to manage high volumes
• Handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an organized workflow and attention to detail.

Qualifications
