Responsibilities
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the agreement base in inspection services within an assigned territory.
• Proactively identify and generate new business leads through market research, outbound prospecting, and networking efforts.
• Utilize data analytics to assess new agreement opportunities and identify areas for improved success within assigned territory.
• Qualify all new prospects and work to verify their credit worthiness with the Agreement Specialist Team.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, articulate the value proposition of our agreement and inspection services, and address inquiries.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and lead negotiations, showcasing the features and benefits of our agreement and inspection services to potential clients.
• Lead negotiations with clients to secure new business agreements, ensuring terms are aligned with company objectives and customer expectations.
• Create compelling and customized proposals that highlight the unique value of our services to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
• Maintain a well-organized and dynamic sales funnel/pipeline, account and contact information, tracking leads through various stages of the sales process and ensuring timely follow-up within our CRM software.
• Maintain the sales funnel according to the established KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) for Funnel Quality Reporting. Provide other reports to management as requested.
• Acquiring necessary documentation for account set-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and client services, to ensure a coordinated approach to client onboarding and service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to strategically position our services for success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry best practices, and sales techniques to continuously enhance skills and effectiveness.
• Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, contributing to strategic decision-making.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor within scope of role.
Qualifications
• Bilingual English and French both written and verbal
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of basic CRM tools and process.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in service-related sales preferred however equivalent education, experience and training will be considered.
• Must have demonstrated capability in leading ones self and being self motivated.
• Detail oriented and capable of multitaksing and prioritizing.
