This position as a Bilingual Fraud Detection Agent requires excellent command of both English and French. You will communicate daily with English-speaking clients located outside of Quebec to ensure full coverage and effective support across Canada.

Advantages
Salary: $24.00/hour (Competitive and commensurate with your bilingual expertise)

Fixed Night Schedule: Full-time. Sunday evening at 11:00 PM to Friday morning at 8:00 AM.

Location: 100% Remote Work after initial training. All equipment is provided.

Contract: 3 months with a strong possibility of extension beyond January 2026.

Training: Paid 2-week training (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Career: Gain specialized and highly sought-after experience in banking fraud detection.

Responsibilities
Proactive Call Management: Handle incoming calls from clients reporting various types of fraud (credit cards, electronic transfers, etc.).

Analysis and Investigation: Conduct in-depth analysis of transactions and activities to identify fraud patterns and potential risks.

Autonomous Decision-Making: Make rapid, informed decisions regarding risk mitigation measures (immediate account blocking, service suspension, preliminary investigation).

Empathetic Client Support: Act with empathy and professionalism to reassure, inform, and guide clients affected by fraud.

Administrative Diligence: Ensure the integrity and up-to-date status of records in internal systems.

Qualifications
Essential Bilingualism: Advanced proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) to serve our pan-Canadian clientele.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to quickly process information and make accurate decisions under pressure.

Autonomy and Judgment: Excellent decision-making skills. You are capable of self-management in a remote work environment.

Client Experience: Strong customer service skills, with an approach that is always empathetic and professional.


-Logistics and Availability Prerequisites-

Fixed Availability: Must be available for the specified evening shift (Monday to Friday).

Initial Training: Mandatory availability for the initial 2 weeks of training (start date: October 20).

Work Environment: You must have a quiet, concentration-friendly workspace at home.
