-Respond to customer inquiries via phone in English and French (primarily inbound calls).
-Manage collections activities for B2B and/or B2C accounts.
-Process credit card payments.
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve outstanding payment issues.

Qualifications
-Minimum one year of experience customer service; experience in a B2B and/or B2C environment preferred.
-MUST BE proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP essential).
-Fluency in English and French.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Located in Mississauga/Brampton
