-Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.


Qualifications
- Strong English & French communication skills
- Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
- Must meet protect B requirements: Must be a resident of Canada for 5+ years and have not travelled outside of Canada for 6 consecutive months.
- Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time. ( Multitasking )
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- Customer Service experience or Call Center Experience Required
- Able to work under pressure
- High School Diploma Required
