Responsibilities
Answer incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide clear information about products and services.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Upsell or recommend additional services when appropriate.
Record and maintain customer interactions in the internal system.

Qualifications
High school diploma or college degree in Customer Service, Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service experience (call center or front-line service).
Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, ticketing systems, etc.).
Training in communication, sales, or complaint management is an asset.
Any Customer Service or Client Relations certification is considered an advantage.
