  • Job Purpose
  • The Beauty Advisor plays a central role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience that reflects Cloré’s commitment to beauty, culture, and care. This position combines expert customer service, product knowledge, and operational support, including store upkeep, merchandising, POS, and inventory participation.
  • Responsibilities
  • * Greet customers with a smile, offer help, and provide personalized support
  • * Ask questions and give beauty advice based on customer needs—everyone is welcome at Cloré!
  • * Learn and stay up to date on products, what they do, and how to combine them for personalized beauty care (training provided)
  • * Let customers know about promotions, new products, and how our rewards program works
  • * Support store events, seasonal displays, and product setups
  • * Keep the store clean and organized, and ensure shelves are full, neat, and properly stocked
  • * Refill shelves and let the team know if items are missing, damaged, or low in stock
  • * Unpack new deliveries and help with inventory counts when needed
  • * Operate the cash register (POS) to process sales
  • * Handle returns or complaints politely and ask for help when needed
  • * Bring a positive attitude and help keep the team environment fun and professional
  • * Perform other duties as assigned

  • This person reports directly to the Store Manager
  • Indirectly reports to: 
  • * Assistant Manager
  • * Supervisor
  • Qualifications
  • * High school diploma or equivalent
  • * Retail or customer service experience preferred
  • * Familiarity with beauty or hair care products a plus
  • * Able to meet store sales targets
  • Work Conditions
  • * PT/FT availability required
  • * Must be available for opening, closing times, weekends and holidays shifts
  • * Involves being on your feet
