Description: We are a growing company specialized in thermographic inspections for electrical safety and fire prevention. Our clients are industrial companies, institutions, and para-governmental entities (e.g. daycares, schools, CPEs, municipalities, etc.). We are looking for a prospection expert who can build and guide a clear sales strategy for us. Your mission: Develop prospecting scripts (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) tailored to the industrial and institutional market. Create a playbook for outreach: sequence of first contact, follow-ups, handling objections, and closing. Train us or execute directly (depending on your model) to generate qualified leads. Advise on best practices for CRM use and automation tools. Bonus: experience with Québec/Canadian market regulations in safety, fire prevention, or B2B compliance. What we value: Proven experience in B2B sales for industrial or institutional clients. Track record of generating leads and closing deals in sectors with long decision-making cycles. Ability to provide scripts, templates, and concrete strategies (not only theory). Experience in working with consulting/inspection/technical services is a big plus. Deliverables: 1. Prospecting scripts (phone + email + LinkedIn). 2. Structured sales sequence (timeline for first contact, follow-ups, escalation). 3. A mini coaching session (or documentation) so our team can replicate the process. 4. Optional: direct execution of first campaigns (outreach, lead generation). Engagement: Initial project: develop scripts + playbook (fixed price or hourly). Possible long-term collaboration for lead generation and business development.
