Our goal is to help businesses streamline their operations and scale using intelligent automation systems. We’re looking for a B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist who can: 1. Identify and research qualified business leads in industries such as logistics, construction, hospitality, healthcare, and tech. 2. Develop and execute cold outreach campaigns (via email, LinkedIn, etc.) to decision-makers. 3. Warm up leads, book discovery calls, and collaborate with our closers to finalize deals. This is a commission-based opportunity — designed to reward skill and performance, not hours worked. Compensation Structure: - 8% commission on every deal closed from the leads you generate. This applies to: 1. The main product/service fee, and 2. The monthly retainer or maintenance fees from each client you bring. Meaning: once a client you brought stays with us, you keep earning recurring monthly income. That means — the more clients you bring, the more you earn every single month. This can quickly grow into a steady, passive income stream.
