We’re a digital marketing agency specializing in SEO for law firms — helping criminal defense and personal injury attorneys get more clients through organic search traffic. We’re looking for an experienced B2B cold caller to help us book qualified appointments with decision-makers (law firm owners, partners, or marketing heads). 🧩 Your Role: • Make outbound calls to a targeted list of criminal and personal injury law firms in the U.S. We will provide these leads • Follow a cold calling script (you can create one based on your experience). • Qualify leads based on firm size, location, and marketing needs. • Book appointments directly on our calendar for discovery calls with our sales team. • Must record each meeting to give us minutes of each call. This is for review purposes. • Record and give us feedback from each call so that we may know what to expect in the booked call. ✅ Requirements: • Proven B2B cold calling experience (preferably in B2B for an agency). • Excellent English communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive. • Comfortable speaking with lawyers and law firm owners. In other words, time strapped decision makers • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment. • Experience using tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Apollo is a plus. 🎯 Goal: Your main objective is to book 5–10 qualified calls per week with U.S.-based criminal or personal injury law firms that need or could benefit from SEO. 💰 Compensation: • Hourly + performance bonus (15% of cash collected) for each booked and completed appointment. • Long-term position available if results are consistent. If results are consistent, we are willing to keep this going for the foreseeable future
