Every time I attempt to create the VM, I receive the following error: I have already verified some of the basic configurations such as: Resource group and region are properly selected Subscription is active and permissions are enabled Required services and providers are already registered in Azure Attempted deployment via both the Azure portal and template method Despite these checks, the deployment still fails with the above error. I need assistance from an experienced Azure administrator or cloud engineer who can: Diagnose and fix the deployment error – review my current setup, identify the root cause of the error, and resolve it. Successfully deploy the Azure VM – guide me step by step or directly set it up so the VM is created and running without issues. Provide documentation or explanation – so I understand what went wrong and how it was fixed (this will help avoid similar issues in the future).
