We’re upgrading from a Basic Public IP to Standard SKU in Azure Cloud Services (extended support). The Basic IP is tied to a Basic Load Balancer, and Azure won’t allow dissociation. We must preserve the existing IP address and keep application downtime to an absolute minimum. Looking for an Azure expert to engage in "pair programming" to: - Guide us through removing the Basic Load Balancer safely - Help upgrade to Standard IP SKU - Ensure the same IP address is retained - Minimize or eliminate downtime during the transition
