Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer.</em></p></br><h3>Responsibilities </h3><p style="margin: 0px;">Lead the organization's capital allocation process and ensure ongoing coordination of the process.</p><ul><li>Manage the Capital Center of Expertise (COE) in the formation of business cases and pro forma in support of significant capital investments.</li><li>Assimilate and analyze information from a variety of sources and recommend a course of action.</li><li>Direct large cross-functional teams and communications to facilitate projects and ensure timely delivery to leadership.</li><li>Staff the Strategic Investment Council of the Ascension Leadership Team (ALT).</li><li>Provide strong leadership, develop and monitor individual and team performance goals, as well as manage change.</li><li>Ensure proper tools and resources are in place to support team efforts.</li></ul></br><h3>Requirements </h3><p style="margin: 0px;">Education:</p><ul><li>Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.</li></ul></br><h3>Additional Preferences </h3><h3 style="margin-top: 14pt;
