Our goal for content marketing is straightforward: to build brand visibility and establish credibility in our space. We are not looking for a full-service agency. We are looking for a highly autonomous individual freelancer who can partner with us to execute our content plan. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at taking themes and insights and turning them into high-quality, polished content with minimal hand-holding. Core Responsibilities Your core responsibilities will be focused on execution, not strategy: - Weekly Social Media Content (LinkedIn Focus): Develop and post one (1) high-quality piece of content per week. This content will be distributed across all our social channels, but LinkedIn is the top priority. You will be responsible for writing the copy and sourcing/creating any necessary simple graphics (e.g., using Canva) or visuals. - Monthly In-Depth Blog Post: Write one (1) in-depth, insightful blog post per month (e.g., 1,000-1,500 words). The goal of this post is thought leadership. It should be high-quality enough that we can reuse and repurpose it for other marketing efforts (e.g., email, smaller social posts). - Monthly KPI Reporting: Generate a concise monthly report detailing relevant KPIs for the blog and social media channels (e.g., engagement, reach, clicks, follower growth). How We'll Work Together We Provide the Themes: Our team will collaborate with you to identify the core themes, topics, and insights for the month. You Execute: You will take those themes and autonomously manage the entire execution workflow: drafting, editing, getting final approval, and posting/scheduling the content. Approval Process: Your workflow should be efficient, requiring only our final approval before execution. Requirements Individual Freelancer Only: Please do not apply if you are an agency. We are looking for a single, dedicated individual. Proven B2B Writing Skills: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to write both engaging short-form social content (especially for LinkedIn) and insightful, long-form blog posts. High Degree of Autonomy: You must be a self-starter who can manage your own time, take initiative, and deliver polished work without micromanagement. Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude. Basic Reporting Skills: Ability to pull and present key content metrics in a clear format.
