We’re currently looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team. What You’ll Be Doing Build and coach the Sales Team to achieve expectations, objectives, and goals Mentor and train Brand Ambassadors to assist customers, answer questions, and structure deals/payments Oversee Compliance Administrators to ensure paperwork accuracy, funding, and factory receivables Champion the Pfaff sales model training of “One Price” and/or “One Touch” sales process, supporting Brand Ambassadors and performing “fly-bys” to build customer rapport Collaborate with leadership and contribute to dealership growth and success Skills and Qualifications Progressive experience in vehicle retail sales Supervisory experience in sales is an asset Valid Ontario Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract OMVIC Certification Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Why Work for Lithia & Driveway | Pfaff Subaru Guelph?
