We’re looking for an all stack AI automations expert to join our team and be our go to automations consultant for everyone one of our projects and problems. We run a digital agency with a hundred clients and need to start automating tasks. What we need to automate 1 - Use AI to automatically reply to all clients reviews based on pre-defined parameters, tone and understanding of the client. 2 - Create a way for clients to upload a CSV (or add clients manually) into a platform that will send out emails to those clients asking them for a review. Track opens, clicks, and if the client has reviewed. Send follow ups based on actions. 3 - Automatically site and schedule Google Business posts based on client information within our system, their website content, seasonality, images in a library, etc. I’m looking for a total pro here. Someone who loves this stuff and can deliver a simple and seamless experience for the above 3 tasks plus help us automate our services even more. A fourth automation will be to build a dashboard for us that allows us to add a client, context to their WordPress website, analytics, search console, GBP, and other apps, and then have an AI read all that data and give us strategic recommendations on what to do based on that clients goals.
