We currently use 12 Word templates. Each time a document is used, specific content such as city names, pronouns, and nouns need to be updated based on the recipient or context. Before automation begins, we require the selected vendor to review and professionally format all 12 templates. This includes: - Ensuring consistent font types and sizes -Standardizing paragraph spacing and line spacing -Aligning margins, headers, and footers uniformly -Fixing indentation and alignment issues -Removing any unnecessary styles or formatting clutter -After formatting is complete, the automation phase will begin.
