Our agency is looking for an experienced automation expert to set up and optimize our GoHighLevel CRM, pipelines, and workflows. You’ll also connect external tools (Zapier, GPT Playground, etc.) to create smooth, automated systems that save time and improve performance. Responsibilities Set up and optimize GoHighLevel accounts, pipelines, workflows, and automations. Build efficient sales funnels. Work with myself and the team on related tasks. Integrate Zapier and other automation tools for seamless data flow. Configure GPT Playground and AI-driven automations. Troubleshoot, test, and refine automations for reliability and efficiency. Document workflows and provide guidance for team use. Requirements Proven expertise in GoHighLevel setup and automation. Strong experience with Zapier integrations. Familiarity with GPT Playground or other AI automation tools. Ability to design efficient workflows and solve technical problems quickly. Clear communication and documentation skills. Bonus Skills Marketing automation background. CRM data hygiene and reporting experience. Ideally a long term partnership and a part of the team.
