Looking for a Superstar Associate Denturist

We're looking for an associate denturist to kickstart a new chapter for Pearl Denture & Implant Centre. We are hoping to bring an associate on in mid-March to early April but are flexible for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate:

• Licensed denturist in good standing with the College of Alberta Denturists
• Experienced (2-3 years minimum of practice) and comfortable practicing independently
• Self-motivated, quality-focused, and genuinely excited about patient care
• Open to mentorship and growth and doesn't see this position as just another job
• Someone who's looking for a long-term position to invest in and create a denture team to grow with

* Wage listed is negotiable with commission & workflow demands.

**About Pearl:**

We're a clinic focused on connection with our patients, working with a trauma-informed lens. We see dentures as an art form and help people genuinely feel better holistically in their lives.

We do deeply meaningful work, and are looking for a team member who aligns with this vision of care. We want to stand out and do something different in the industry of denture care.

This associate will be supported by an experienced office manager and by myself (Jade Connors) as a mentor to help level up your skills in the clinic, lab, and implant-related knowledge.
