In family law, we primarily serve women who are experiencing domestic violence and need strong, caring advocacy to protect themselves and their children. In estate planning, we focus on helping families with young children build a secure legacy and ensure their loved ones are protected.

We are seeking an Associate Attorney who shares our core values and feels called to use their legal skills to serve with both excellence and empathy. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants to grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload in the areas of family law and estate planning
• Advocate for survivors of domestic violence in divorce, custody, and protective order matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, orders, agreements, and estate planning documents
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Conduct client consultations and strategy sessions with warmth, clarity, and compassion
• Utilize Practice Panther for document management, billing, and communication
• Maintain accurate billing records and meet monthly revenue targets
• Collaborate with team members to support firm growth and live out our faith-based mission

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana and/or Kentucky
• 0–5 years of experience in family law or estate planning preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to serving vulnerable populations (domestic violence survivors, families with children)
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail
• Empathetic, client-centered, and organized
• Willingness to collaborate and grow within a PURPOSE-driven law firm
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Comfortable with technology and cloud-based practice tools
• Teachable, willing to learn and a servant’s heart
• Alignment with Christian values and a willingness to work in a faith-driven environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $900.00 - $3,600.00 per week

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
