Gaucho is looking for an Assistant Front House Manager (AFHM) to join our team. The AFHM works closely with the Front House Manager to coordinate the effective functioning of all aspects of the Front of House (FOH).

Responsibilities Include: Managing - servers, hosts, bartenders; handling guest experiences; making floor plans; guiding table turns; customer reservations; training FOH staff; addressing complaints in real-time; reconciling evening cash-outs; opening/closing the restaurant and filling-in where needed for the effective functioning of the restaurant.

Successful candidates should have at least 2 yrs experience in a similar role or at least 5 years experience serving. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service is essential. Strong mathematical abilities and knowledge of restaurant systems a must.
