We have a client that is looking to build a CRM. They want standard CRM features but also the ability to customize some payment flows. The absolutely necessary features are - Business-side portal for full CRM - Client side portal that allows for self service - Adding products on the business side that connect to a sales frontend (i.e. add a product and users can buy it) - Full task management - Full pipeline design with automated triggers (i.e. send this email after this stage of onboarding) We are considering building our own solution, forking an existing open source solution, or paying for licensed software that we modify. We will first discuss the scope of the project. We will then pay you to flesh out any research that you need to do before making a recommendation.
