We are seeking a skilled architect or designer to create architectural drawings for three stacked townhouses. The project requires detailed bird's eye views and elevation drawings that accurately represent the design and layout of the buildings. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential architecture and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. Creativity and attention to detail are essential to ensure that the final drawings meet our specifications and aesthetic vision. This plan will be used for Development Permit Pre-application meeting. 3 townhouses, 6 units in total. Three dwellings fully above grade; Three dwellings with partial below-grade bedrooms but each having its own grade-level entrance; 2 beds, 2 baths per unit All four-six dwellings functioning as principal dwellings (no secondary suites)
