We are looking to develop, a short range golf driving range concept in the Caribbean. We’re seeking an Architect and a Structural Engineer to bring our design to life. Scope of Work: Architect Site planning & layout for ~6–8 hitting bays, check-in area, seating, and F&B zone (0.5–1 acre footprint). Permit-ready drawings (plans, elevations, site layouts) in compliance with local standards. Guidance on zoning, flow, and modularity for potential replication. Structural Engineer Structural/safety design for netting supports, cables, and foundations considering high wind/hurricane conditions. Material recommendations (steel, netting, turf, modular flooring) suitable for coastal Caribbean environments. Safety compliance for recreational sports facility. Deliverables: - Concept drawings (site layout, bays, elevations). - Structural calculations and drawings for netting/cable system. - Permit-ready plans ( Will share more on this upon engagement) - Materials and construction specification list. - Optional: BIM/3D visuals for stakeholder presentations. Qualifications: Proven experience with sports/leisure facilities or outdoor recreational structures. Familiarity with coastal/tropical environments and wind-load safety standards. Ability to produce permit-ready documentation (collaboration with local consultants acceptable). Strong communication and willingness to collaborate with project stakeholders.
