Description: We are a fast-growing home lighting and home improvement company generating many leads daily through our marketing campaigns. We are looking for a professional appointment setter / lead qualifier to help us manage the volume of incoming leads. Your role will include: Calling new leads quickly after they come in (speed-to-lead is crucial). Asking a short scripted set of qualifying questions (budget, property type, homeowner vs renter, urgency). Booking site visits directly into our shared calendar (Google Calendar / Jobber). Logging notes and tags into our CRM. Following up with warm leads who are not ready right away. Requirements: Fluent English with a clear, friendly phone voice. Strong communication and sales/appointment-setting skills. Experience with home services, real estate, or call center work is a plus. Comfortable using CRM tools (Jobber, Zoho, Hubspot, or similar). Reliable internet and ability to make calls during EST (Toronto) business hours. What we offer: Training on our script and process. Hourly pay + bonus for each qualified appointment booked.
