Role Description The Appointment Setter works through Instagram direct messages to engage with leads, qualify them, and book sales calls. The role is text-based only (no phone calls or video). The Appointment Setter follows scripts and processes provided by the team and ensures a steady flow of qualified calls in the sales calendar. Responsibilities Send and answer Instagram direct messages. Follow our script and playbook to qualify leads. Book qualified leads into the sales calendar. Revenue from leads that came from you. Result Our sales team has a full calendar every week with qualified leads ready to talk. Must-Haves Qualifications for this role Proven experience as Appointment Setter or SDR. Good written English. Reliable and organized. Experience with Instagram or similar platforms. Comfortable with pay: small fixed fee + commission per booked call. This role is paid with a small fixed fee of $250 per month plus $15 for every qualified lead who shows up on a booked call.
