📌 Project Overview We are developing two premium weighted apparel products: Weighted Vest Walking Jacket Our tech pack is already in-depth (materials, BOM, sizing, stitching, weight distribution, testing protocols, science-backed rationale). We are looking for an experienced professional to: ✔ Review the tech pack ✔ Provide professional feedback / corrections / add missing technical elements ✔ Recommend suitable manufacturers (US, EU, or Asia) for production ✔ Make sure this is factory-ready for sampling 🎯 What We Need From You ✅ Tech Pack Feedback & Improvements - Review current tech pack PDF (you will be provided a copy) - Identify areas to improve: materials, stitching methods, BOM accuracy, manufacturing feasibility, heat management, wash systems, etc. - Suggest missing elements: pattern notes, technical sketches, tolerance ranges, cost optimization ideas, etc. - Recommend improvements that balance performance, style, comfort, and scalable manufacturing ✅ Manufacturing & Sourcing Guidance Recommend manufacturers or factories capable of producing weighted vests/jackets or technical sportswear Prefer experience with factories in: 🇻🇳 Vietnam 🇨🇳 China 🇵🇹 Portugal / 🇹🇷 Turkey (optional premium EU) 🇺🇸 Small batch USA or CANADA if possible Provide contacts if available, or at least sourcing direction / platforms / factory profiles - Looking for low MOQ to start 📁 What You’ll Receive - Current Tech Pack PDF - Our expectations for performance, fit, weight tolerance, stitching, and materials 💡 Ideal Experience We’re looking for someone who has experience in one or more of the following: ✔ Technical apparel design / pattern making ✔ Athletic wear / tactical gear / weighted apparel development ✔ Manufacturing or factory liaison experience ✔ Can speak both “design language” and “factory language” 📦 Deliverables - Annotated feedback on tech pack - List of suggested technical improvements - Manufacturer recommendations + contact/intake links - Optional: cost-saving ideas or fabric sourcing suggestions 💰 Budget Open to fixed price or hourly (budget depends on experience and deliverables) 📍 How to Apply Please include: - Brief intro + relevant experience - Any previous work with tech packs or manufacturing weighted/technical apparel - If you have factory connections or sourcing expertise - Estimated timeline to review our tech pack and provide improvements
