Official Internal Job Title: Technology Analyst Status: Regular Job Description: Relevant du directeur adjoint – hébergement, L’analyste en ingénierie de plateforme TI – Environnement Serveur Microsoft contribue à la mise en place et l’évolution de nos plateformes technologiques. Plus spécifiquement, il collabore dans différents projets TI, en plus d’assurer l’évolution de notre offre d’infrastructure en libre-service, dans un environnement « as code ». Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes : Participer aux activités de support des environnements et solutions sous la responsabilité de l'équipe d’infrastructure en libre-service pour le volet serveur Microsoft (traitement des incidents, demandes de service, mise en production). Contribuer à la réalisation de projets impliquant un analyste en ingénierie de plateforme d’infrastructure pour le volet serveur Microsoft. Automatiser la livraison des services TI. Assurer la haute disponibilité des services/serveurs Microsoft. Assurer la mise à jour des environnements (sur site et infonuagique). Produire et mettre à jour la documentation adéquate. Collaborer avec les équipes pour assurer l’intégration des solutions Microsoft dans les environnements TI, en respectant les normes de sécurité et de performance. Effectuer une veille technologique sur les solutions Microsoft et les tendances en infrastructure TI afin de proposer des améliorations continues et des innovations pertinentes. Contribuer à l’analyse des risques et à la mise en place de mesures de sécurité pour les environnements Microsoft, en collaboration avec les équipes de cybersécurité. Agir comme personne-ressource technique auprès des autres membres de l’équipe ou des partenaires interne pour le volet serveur Microsoft. Participer à tout autre dossier d'infrastructure TI en soutien à la direction ou au train plateforme TI. Vos talents et qualifications : Baccalauréat en informatique ou l’équivalent en expérience Minimum cinq (5) ans d’expérience pertinente en gestion d’environnement serveur Microsoft Maîtrise des environnements Microsoft Serveur. Solide expérience en automatisation avec des technologies telles que Ansible et Terraform et être en mesure de développer du code facilitant l'automatisation et le déploiement de services technologiques. Connaissances VMWare, stockage, backup, et autres composantes d'infrastructure.
