• Position Summary: 

• This is a Junior Corporate Development support role with exposure to the full M&A lifecycle. The Analyst will primarily support top-of-funnel activities, execution, and internal processes while assisting senior team members on live deals.

What you will be doing

• * Research and identify potential M&A targets
• * Support outbound outreach and early conversations with targets
• * Track prospects and manage workflows in Monday.com
• * Support reporting, documentation, and internal coordination
• * Assist with financial modeling and analysis (supporting role)
• * Build presentations and materials, including board decks
• * Provide general execution and coordination support across Corp Dev initiatives

• You have: 

• * Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• * Comfort working with data and building structured presentations
• * Some prior exposure to finance (internship or junior role)
• * Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• * Finance background (IB, capital markets, corporate finance)
• * Understanding of Corporate Development / M&A
• * Experience with Monday.com or workflow tools
• * Coding or technical experience (optional)
