- Position Summary:
- This is a Junior Corporate Development support role with exposure to the full M&A lifecycle. The Analyst will primarily support top-of-funnel activities, execution, and internal processes while assisting senior team members on live deals.
What you will be doing
- * Research and identify potential M&A targets
- * Support outbound outreach and early conversations with targets
- * Track prospects and manage workflows in Monday.com
- * Support reporting, documentation, and internal coordination
- * Assist with financial modeling and analysis (supporting role)
- * Build presentations and materials, including board decks
- * Provide general execution and coordination support across Corp Dev initiatives
- You have:
- * Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- * Comfort working with data and building structured presentations
- * Some prior exposure to finance (internship or junior role)
- * Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- * Finance background (IB, capital markets, corporate finance)
- * Understanding of Corporate Development / M&A
- * Experience with Monday.com or workflow tools
- * Coding or technical experience (optional)
