Role Overview As our Amazon Brand Manager (Creative Content & Design Lead), you will be responsible for all graphic/image content tied to our Amazon listings, including: A+ modules & Premium A+ content Amazon Storefront layouts & updates Product imagery, lifestyle photography direction, and infographics Brand messaging, voice, and consistency across all SKUs Monitoring competitor listings & recommending improvements Launching new products with best-in-class brand presentation This is a creative-strategy hybrid role, you must be able to design, write, and think like an Amazon strategist. Key Responsibilities Content & Design Create all listing assets: product images, infographics, comparison charts, and A+ content Design Amazon Storefront pages that feel premium, cohesive, and on-brand when needed. Work with our product photographers if needed. Customize content to meet license partner guidelines Work with photographers, illustrators, or internal designers when needed to produce high-quality visuals Brand & Messaging Craft compelling product messaging with clear value propositions Develop and maintain brand voice across all product lines Understand consumer psychology for click-through and conversion optimization Amazon Strategy & Performance Optimize listings for SEO and rank Monitor competitor landscape and suggest improvements Track listing performance, reviews, and conversion rates Implement split testing and creative experiments Must Have: Excellent graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent) is needed. Knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword strategy, and listing requirements Ability to interpret brand style guides and follow license restrictions Strong project management and organizational skills Experience in CPG, candy, toys, novelty, or similar categories Photography or illustration experience Motion graphics or video editing skills are a bonus
