Looking for a Tech-Savvy Freelancer to Manage All Our Tech + Systems Description: We are a fast-growing interiors company looking for a reliable, versatile, and resourceful tech partner. This is not a one-time job — we need someone ongoing who can take charge of all things tech and operations. You’ll be the person we throw tasks at, and you make sure they get done — either by doing them yourself or finding/managing the right freelancers. Typical tasks include: Setting up and customizing CRMs (GoHighLevel, Zoho, HubSpot) Building landing pages, simple websites, and client portals Setting up automations (Zapier, Make, API connections) AI integrations for workflows (ChatGPT, automation tools) Handling spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting Communicating with accountant / suppliers to streamline data Finding & managing freelancers (graphic designers, editors, developers) Acting as the “tech manager” for the company Who we’re looking for: Tech-savvy generalist with strong problem-solving skills Basic coding/web knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS is enough) Strong communication and coordination skills Resourceful — if you don’t know it, you can figure it out Reliable, detail-oriented, and independent worker Someone who enjoys wearing many hats and being the “go-to tech guy”
