About Us Corella Property Management is a short-term rental management company based in Toronto. We manage a growing portfolio of 14 listings, 13 located in Toronto and 1 located in Austin, Texas. Our mission is to offer a hassle-free short-term stay with all the amenities needed for a business trip or vacation. More importantly, we treat customers with care and address issues at a personal level. We also make our properties and our operations efficient and intelligent, allowing us to charge an affordable rate, especially when compared to other rentals and hotels. About the Role In this part-time remote position, you'll support our guests and operations by: -Responding to guest inquiries that are not automated. -Accepting, declining, and/or modifying reservations. -Calling guests to address complex issues and/or de-escalate conflicts. -Communicating with cleaners to ensure rooms are cleaned to our standard and on time. -Coordinating early check-ins and late check-outs, following our policies. -Resolving technology issues such as offline cameras, low battery on devices, abnormal room temperatures, etc. -Reporting and escalating issues to managers when needed. Time Commitment This role requires a mix of active and passive involvement for consistent coverage: 1-2 active hours per day for tasks such as: -Scheduling cleanings. -Calling guests. -Coordinating guest requests. 6-8 hours of ongoing passive support, involving: -Checking your phone for notifications and responding to messages within 10-30 minutes, depending on urgency. -If unable to respond on time, pinging a manager to take over. Support duties will alternate with other team members. For example, you could handle shifts (in EST) like 9-11 AM, 1-3 PM, 5-7 PM, and/or 9-11 PM. We typically don’t work from 11 PM to 8 AM, though occasional urgent needs may arise. We work every day, including holidays. However, we understand that you may have other personal or professional commitments and are happy to work with you to offer a schedule that works while allowing us to continue to fulfill our promises to our guests. Compensation USD $200–$400 per month, paid bi-weekly. Compensation reflects the part-time commitment and may vary based on performance and workload.
