I am an experienced Airbnb host with a long-standing account (10 years). Since the COVID-19 period, my host account shows frozen positive payouts and large negative adjustments related to cancellations. Airbnb support claims these adjustments are “valid and final,” but I need an expert who: Has deep knowledge of Airbnb’s payout system, finance team processes, and COVID cancellation policies (Extenuating Circumstances 2020). Preferably a former Airbnb Support / Trust & Safety / Finance Team employee, or someone with proven track record of resolving complex payout disputes for other hosts. Can help me analyze my transaction history, prepare proper escalation wording, and advise how to push the case effectively (escalations, executive channels, BBB complaints, etc.). Bonus: understanding of Canadian / US payment terms and host rights is a plus. I am not looking for generic advice (I know Airbnb’s standard policies). I need someone who understands the internal mechanics and can guide me to the right escalation path or resolution team.
