We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Air Distribution Division Manager to spearhead the growth of client's air distribution product line. This key leadership role involves building and nurturing strong relationships with contractors, driving sales, and expanding the market presence within the HVAC industry. Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Directly manage and inspire a team of 5-6 professionals, including outside sales representatives, a project manager, a project coordinator, and estimators, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Technical Guidance: Serve as the division's technical expert, providing essential support and problem-solving assistance to project managers, outside sales reps, and directly to clients regarding product application and installation.
- Sales & Growth Acceleration: Proactively drive market expansion and division growth. This includes reviewing plans with estimators, supporting outside sales efforts, and personally engaging in strategic sales activities, such as meeting with key mechanical contractors and chasing high-potential opportunities.
- Daily Operations: A typical day involves reviewing project plans, supporting sales and project management teams, and resolving complex technical issues.
- Customer Focus: The primary end-users are mechanical contractors, with some engagement with general contractors and owner-direct sales.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HVAC or construction industry, with a strong background in air distribution, sales, and technical support.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of HVAC design, building systems, and construction processes, with the capability to provide advanced technical and problem-solving support.
- Educational Background: While a post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is often sought, significant industry experience (10+ years) will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
