Milestone-Based Project • Potential Long-Term Role We are looking for an automation engineer with proven experience in AI-based appointment booking systems. This milestone focuses on improving our current voice agent and creating related workflows. For the right candidate, this can evolve into an ongoing long-term role with future integrations and maintenance. If the milestone is completed successfully, ongoing work may include: - Continuous maintenance and optimization - Adding new features and automation logic - Integrations with additional CRMs and POS systems (JaneApp, Clover, etc.) - Advanced workflow design and multi-system data synchronization Expectations: - Strict adherence to deadlines - Clear communication and daily or frequent updates - Immediate notice when blocked - High attention to detail (timezone handling, double-booking prevention, edge-case logic, etc.) - No disappearing, unresponsiveness, or mid-project pricing changes Please include a portfolio showcasing similar automation work and be prepared to discuss your experience and approach in detail during the interview.
