i need Ai receptionist that can do 24/7 Availability, Booking integration into your calendar, answers FAQ's, Sends SMS reminders about the booking 24 hours before the appointment, and a SMS text right after the appointment asking the client to leave a free google review. I would prefer if you use Retail AI but whatever works best for you. I already have a backend guy that I'm working with but i am looking to grow the team. i am big on speed and communication. I don't want someone who is not going to communicate with me and not saying anything for hours. I am a little bit ahead of the game right now and won't have work for a couple of weeks as my email campaign will be starting then. I do VAs working with as we speak so we could land some deals in the next days to a week. If you could send me a loom video of you giving me a demo of the AI receptionist in action that would be great it's for the clients to see give them a visual understanding on how it works. Also if you could give me a loom video on a introduction on yourself that would be great. when I land a client I will sending them a onboarding document that I already have so it makes it easier for you guys. if the document needs some updating and you would like to add more information that is totally okay with me. This is not necessary but if you are able to make each client a dashboard for them to have access to as well to see how the AI Receptionist is working. the dashboard could include: Call / Message Volume, Estimated Revenue Generated, Appointments Booked, New Leads Captured etc...
