I need a AI based tool that can do voice sentiment analysis and report on it. This is for an IT srvice desk agent training to analyze how professionally, courteously, concisely and politely they respond to various types of demanding customers. It will be great if this tool/program can be integrated with a VR headset sucg as Metaquest 3 wherein we can play pre-programmed customer complaints and the record the customer service desk agents response and analyze it. Please share samples of similar work done in the past.
