I’m looking for an experienced AI + Automation specialist to build a semi-automated communication assistant for my business. The system should: -Read incoming messages (Gmail + social media DMs: Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok — Phase 1 will focus on email only). -Use AI (ChatGPT/Claude) to draft friendly, personalized replies within defined boundaries. -Extract personal details (family names, hobbies, life events) and log them into a CRM (HubSpot or Airtable). -Provide a review/approval dashboard so employees can approve or edit AI replies before sending. -Include a “trust mode” toggle per customer for future phases. Phase 1: Proof-of-Concept Scope We want a semi-automated email assistant that: -Reads incoming emails (Gmail or Outlook). -Uses AI (OpenAI/Claude) to: -Extract key personal info (family names, hobbies, life events). -Classify intent/sentiment. -Draft friendly replies within defined boundaries. -Logs structured data into a CRM (HubSpot or Airtable). -Queues AI drafts for human review before sending. -Sends approved replies via email API. -Keeps a log of all AI drafts and sent emails. Exclusions for Phase 1: -Social media DMs (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). -Advanced dashboards or trust-mode automation beyond one test customer. -Vector DB memory for conversations. Deliverable: -A fully functional email + CRM semi-automated system with documentation, ready for future expansion to social media channels and trust-mode automation. Tech preferences: -n8n or Make.com for workflow automation. -OpenAI/Claude for AI. -HubSpot / Airtable for CRM. -Must have experience with: -API integrations (Gmail, Meta Messenger, TikTok Business API or workarounds). -AI prompt engineering + guardrails. -CRM data handling.
