About Us: Essential Inputs helps businesses automate operations using AI, workflow automation, and no-code systems. We’re building a small, high-performance remote team passionate about creating scalable, intelligent systems that make businesses more efficient and profitable. The Opportunity: We’re looking for a creative and reliable AI / Automation Product Builder — someone who can design, develop, and deploy automation systems, chatbots, and internal tools for clients across various industries (logistics, healthcare, hospitality, construction, tech, etc.). Instead of a fixed hourly rate, this role is commission-based — you’ll earn 8% of the total deal value (including the main product setup + monthly retainer/maintenance fees). This means each client you help build for can become a long-term recurring income stream as we maintain and scale their automations. Responsibilities: - Build automation workflows using tools like Make.com, n8n, or Zapier - Develop and fine-tune custom ChatGPT / API-based AI agents - Create dashboards, bots, or web tools and Apps using no-code or low-code platforms (loveable, Cursor) - Collaborate with the team to interpret client requirements and deliver practical solutions - Test and document workflows to ensure scalability and maintainability - Suggest improvements and creative automation ideas for new and existing clients Requirements: - Experience with Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or other workflow builders - Familiarity with OpenAI API, ChatGPT, or similar LLMs - (Bonus) Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or basic webhooks (use of loveable, Cursor, Sonnet, etc.) - Strong understanding of business systems and automation logic - Reliable communication and ability to deliver on timelines - A passion for efficiency, optimization, and AI tools You’ll Have: ✅ Full visibility into each project’s deal value and commissions ✅ Freedom to build using your own preferred stack and methods ✅ Support from our operations and sales teams to align project goals ✅ Long-term earning potential through recurring retainers Compensation: 💰 8% of total project revenue (including recurring client retainers) 🎯 No cap — the more projects you deliver, the more you earn If you love building useful AI systems and want to work on flexible, high-impact projects — we’d love to talk.
