Proven experience with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.). Strong understanding of API integrations and webhooks. Familiarity with practice management software used by dental clinics (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar) is a plus. Ability to integrate SMS/email solutions (Twilio, Mailgun, SendGrid). Experience building AI-driven chatbots, schedulers, or data-extraction tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate technical concepts in simple terms.
